To unlock your webtool account, please send text message with the following format using your registered retailer number,
UNLOCK<space><your FL or SL password>
then send to LoadCentral access #.
For retailers who were trying to use the webtool for the first time, please use the default SL password (123456) when unlock your webtool account.

2948 is not available to Globe and Touch Mobile subscribers.

1. Via Webtool - Loading or selling of Loadcentral product e-pins through Webtool is Free and highly recommended.

Buy Load credits Directly from LoadCentral

Retailers of Loadcentral can now buy loadwallet credits directly from Loadcentral. Payment gateways are Bank deposit (Metrobank, BDO, SmartMoney) available from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Saturday and up to 12:00 noon on Saturdays.

How to Change Loadcentral Passwords

There are two passwords being used by a Loadcentral Retailer:
1. FL (First Level) Password or (SMS Password) – use this password when sending commands thru your registered mobile number.

How to Sell Loadcentral Products (e-PINs) via Webtool

1. Retailer accesses Loadcentral Webtool URL (http://www.loadcentral.net) and login his Username (mobile number) and Password.
* Always put a 63 instead of 0 as the pre-fix of your mobile number

2. Choose the product you want to sell and Type on the corresponding boxes the mobile number of the customer purchasing the product and the quantity being purchased.

For Globe/TM autoloadmax, please type the amount being purchased on the optional parameter field then click Sell Products.

How to Sell Loadcentral Products via SMS

Using the retailer's Loadcentral activated phone:

1. Retailer types the Product Code that the buyer (end-user) chose and paid for:

then send to Loadcental Access Number
